Store Manager - Automotive Parts Retailer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our Automotive Parts Retail Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in managing a retail store.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and receiving of merchandise
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to increase profitability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
