Job Requirements

Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills since you are addressing the customer through a video call. Always with a clear portrayal of the professional clinical work environment.
Full attention to detail.
Ability to document all interactions and provide all information needed for a complete eye examination.
Ability to work under pressure

Job Profile:

Must be able to handle a high volume of patient appointments
Ability to adapt to new practices and receive feedback
Assist customers with a warm friendly face and body language, this includes an excellent personal presentation
Provide accurate and clear information regarding the services in question
Work collaboratively with the internal team
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Associate’s degree (A.A.) is preferred
At least a year of customer service experience. Call Center or Optical preferred.
Spanish language skills a plus!
