# Retail Store Associate (Full Time)
Austin, TX 78758## Overview Salary Range $15.00 Hourly## Description We are seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team!
** Responsibilities:
*** Greet Customers
* Identify customer needs
* Explain products and services to customers
* Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
* Enter and process customer orders
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints
* Assist with birthday parties and kid camps## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
*** Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
** Pay Information:*** $15/hour
* Paid Time Off after 60 days
* 401k and employer match after 1 year of service
* Company paid short term disability and Life/AD&D
