What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Collaborate with the team while also working independently
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a distraction-free work environment is essential
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Familiarity with the insurance industry or related fields
