Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients for DDC systems and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to propose tailored DDC system solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, outlining scope of work, cost estimates, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system design, installation, and commissioning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in service sales within the building automation industry or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales, especially in the building automation or DDC industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to-technical clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications related to DDC systems and building automation
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability concepts
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • Financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions effectively
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
