We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Burlington, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and their applications on underground utility systems. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop new customers and sales opportunities. This role requires working efficiently and accurately while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quotes accurately to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Work efficiently and accurately to manage sales processes and documentation.
- Understand our products and their applications to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Develop new customers and identify sales opportunities to grow the business.
- Stay informed on job opportunities by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customers and monitoring public job postings.
- Perform detailed and thorough take-offs of construction plans to identify our structures and other relevant information.
- Read and understand civil construction plans to support accurate quoting and project planning.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with other KOI Precast functions, including Project Managers, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Effectively transition awarded jobs to Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and develop opportunities with new customers to expand market presence.
- Strong ability to prepare accurate quotes and manage sales documentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Knowledge of products and their applications in the construction industry.
- Experience reading and interpreting civil construction plans.
- Proactive in identifying new sales opportunities and developing customer relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
