Inside Sales Admin

This is a salary‑exempt position that includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus and is not a commission‑based role. The Inside Sales Admin supports daily sales operations by managing order entry, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales activities.

Subject to company policies and supervision, the Inside Sales Admin will perform the following responsibilities in support of sales and operational functions:

• Enter sales orders into the EZQuote system as directed by appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes into the EZQuote system.
• Review and distribute order acknowledgements to customers using approved templates and established processes.
• Request new part number setups as required to support order processing.
• Provide proof of delivery documentation and invoice copies to assist with collection efforts in accordance with company policy.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and recommend alternative solutions when appropriate and approved.
• Collaborate with inside sales team members on sales opportunities and assist with sales data review and analysis as directed.
• Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing and effective communication with customers.

The Inside Sales Admin does not have authority to bind the company, execute contracts, or make representations beyond the responsibilities expressly outlined in this role.
