Position Overview
As a Personal Banker at PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based in Crescent Springs, KY at the Crescent Springs Branch. Bilingual Haitian Creole preferred.
Job DescriptionAcquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manages customer experience, collaborates with ecosystem partners, drives sales conversations, delivers full PNC conversations, leverages ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence, performs lobby engagement, educates customers, applies product knowledge, manages risk, and participates in branch daily operations.
Responsibilities- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
- Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
- Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
- Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
- Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
- Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems.
- Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Participates in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent product knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
- Preferred: experience in banking, client loyalty, customer experience, and proactive sales.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a matrixed environment.
