Job Overview
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers across multiple channels, advising them on banking solutions and ensuring a digital‑first, client‑centered experience. The role involves greeting clients, processing transactions, opening new accounts, and recommending products that fit each customer’s unique goals.
Responsibilities- Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, consulting, and follow‑up.
- Engage customers via in‑person, appointment, or virtual channels and provide accurate deposit and loan product information.
- Gather, verify, and process customer data and account information for new and existing accounts.
- Recommend banking products and services that align with client needs and objectives.
- Open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and services.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver an optimal client experience.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, digital offerings, and branch policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required; must pass a criminal background and credit check.
- Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products, services, and branch policies.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recommending products that meet customer needs.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital‑first mindset.
- Advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations both reactively and proactively.

Pay Range$20.21 – $24.70 per hour (actual range may vary by location).
