The role

This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You’ll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive.

Visio Lab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you’ll thrive here.

What You ll Do
  • Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach
  • Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and brands
  • Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end - from first touch to signed contract
  • Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion
  • Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy
What You ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Natural curiosity and a competitive edge - you want to win and you want to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, Linked In, events
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) and a data-driven mindset
  • Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three
  • Resilience - you don’t take rejection personally, you take it as data
