Your role as a sales expert:
Help prospective residents find the right apartment home. Use high-level communication skills and consultative selling skills to provide a positive and genuine experience. Deliver caring customer service so residents fully enjoy their living experience. Renewals are important and should become the norm.

• Assist prospective residents in finding appropriate apartment homes.
• Demonstrate high-level communication and consultative selling skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service to help residents enjoy their experience.
• Encourage and facilitate renewals for company sustainability.

• Customer-focused attitude with great interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with desire to succeed.
• Working knowledge of Social Media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Understanding of marketing concepts.
