Luxury Sales Representative – Mayan Stonecrafters

We are seeking a driven
, design‑savvy Sales Consultant to deliver a premium,
white‑glove client experience from concept to installation for high‑end residential clients, builders, and designers. The role is based in Melbourne, US and involves building relationships and closing high‑value deals.

Responsibilities
:

• Guide clients through the selection of quartzite, quartz, and premium surfaces
• Sell and design custom cabinetry solutions
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and interior designers
• Create and present detailed quotes, layouts, and proposals
• Manage projects from first consultation to final install
• Deliver a white‑glove client experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications
:

• Experience in sales (construction, design, or luxury retail preferred)
• Confident working with high‑end clientele
• Strong eye for design, materials, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
• Organized, proactive, and results‑driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
