PD Inside Sales Specialist – NWC

• Work directly with I&C Market Agent Representatives
• Grow and maintain customer accounts through sales and customer service
• Enter, manage, and expedite orders
• Respond to customer, distributor, agent, and outside sales personnel inquiries
• Review daily reports, order maintenance, and order blocks
• Manage quote requests, sales leads, and product promotions
• Collaborate with the MV Accessories Team to identify areas of improvement and develop product pricing
• Analyze market pricing and provide pricing guidance
• Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
• Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as backup during out-of-office scenarios by managing tasks, addressing urgent issues, and ensuring continuity of operations in the absence of the primary team
