Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and dependable Part‑Time Sales & Inventory Associate to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that combines customer sales with behind‑the‑scenes work, including helping source vehicles and preparing them for sale.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be involved in multiple aspects of a growing dealership.

- Maintain vehicle listings and lot organization
- Assist with basic sales paperwork and administrative tasks
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and operations
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable in a startup environment
- Willingness to learn vehicle sourcing and dealership operations
- Detail‑oriented and reliable
- Valid driver’s license required
- Hourly pay plus commission opportunities
- Hands‑on training across multiple areas of the business
