We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Allstate agency. This is a performance-driven role with strong income potential for individuals who are competitive, disciplined, and motivated by results.
This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with high levels of outreach and client interaction.
What You’ll Do- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Conduct insurance reviews and provide customized quotes
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain consistent daily activity to meet production goals
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Competitive mindset and goal-oriented behavior
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take coaching and implement feedback quickly
Sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
