Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

Job Overview

Outside Sales Representative responsible for generating profitable business from equipment specialized in the profit center. Develop assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow business, maintain current customer base, and help build Sunbelt branding.

• Generate profitable sales from assigned product range.
• Develop and manage assigned territory.
• Implement sales plans to grow business and retain customers.
• Support national branding initiatives.

• 4‑year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3‑4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred.
• Spanish bilingual preferred in some locations.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Base pay range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
