Role DescriptionThe Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives should be engaging Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients.
Core Responsibilities- Generating leads by engaging Medicare senior community through events and local outreach.
- Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
- Prospecting and cold calling prospects & new leads assigned.
- Managing new channels of leads, including digital channels and leads from other OEs.
- Following up with prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
- Collaborating with Community Relationship Manager, other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents.
- Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth in assigned territory.
- Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into CRM and other systems.
- Acting as point of contact for clinical/center team regarding patient questions.
- Resolving concerns or complaints from prospects or patients by working with them or directing to appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
- Comfortable navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
- Team player and contributor to overall effectiveness of the team.
- Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served (where necessary).
- US work authorization.
The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $31.72 per hour. The base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position may be eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to base pay.
