Seasonal Sales Associate – The North Face

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand and provide a customer‑first experience through personalized engagement, product knowledge, sales, visual merchandising, cashier duties, and loss prevention support. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and share product, brand, and community knowledge.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds.

Foundational skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and achievements valued.
• 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squatting, climbing ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

$17.50 - $24.00 USD per hour.
