Position:Territory Sales Manager – Community Care Sales Team
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated professional to drive sales across primary care, urology, and women’s health therapeutic areas within an assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver results consistently by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Develop and execute an effective business plan aligned to the sales strategy.
- Prioritize and call appropriate customers at optimal frequency to influence prescribing behavior.
- Prepare and execute new product launch plans.
- Conduct pre‑call planning for HCP engagements, establishing clear sales purposes.
- Employ impactful selling, guiding customers along the adoption continuum and driving market share growth.
- Engage in two‑way dialogue, identify customer needs, practice active listening, and use approved messaging.
- Apply patient‑type selling and maintain compliance with ethical standards.
- Adopt a growth mindset, focusing on opportunities rather than limitations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Life Sciences preferred).
- 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in specialty biopharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in an assigned geography.
- Strong clinical expertise and in‑depth understanding of the local ecosystem.
- Proficiency in interpreting scientific/technical details and marketing material.
- Knowledge of payer landscape (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare).
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Travel within the territory (car and overnight air travel). Nationwide travel to headquarters, training, product theaters, and sales meetings will occur periodically.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary: $108,000–$135,000. Total rewards include merit‑based increases, short‑term incentive plan, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and sick time.
