Brook. The Remote Care Company
For our patients. For our partners. For each other.
Requirements
The Role
The Vice President, National Sales leads Brook’s sales organization and owns new-partner revenue across health systems and clinics of every size — small practices, mid-size groups, and large health systems. Brook has a proven recipe and a strong pipeline, and the mandate is to scale them — driving revenue growth, sharpening the motion, and leading and growing the team that delivers it consistently.
The Vice President owns the number, develops the Sales Directors to drive and orchestrate their own deals, backs them as executive sponsor on the biggest opportunities, and personally carries a focused book of the most strategic deals. The sales organization — the Sales Directors who sell and the Sales Operations function that powers pipeline and forecasting — reports into this role.
As a member of Brook’s leadership team, the Vice President partners across clinical, delivery, product, marketing, and finance — bringing the whole company behind every deal, because sales does not win alone.
The right person is a seasoned sales leader — commercially sharp, fluent in how small, mid-size, and large healthcare organizations buy, and proven at scaling a repeatable motion across markets and a team. Someone who has carried and exceeded a number in healthcare sales, led a team to do the same, and knows the difference between a motion that works once and one that scales.
The instinct here is to multiply what already works, not to rebuild the engine from scratch.
What You ll Own
Own the Number & Drive the Cycle
- Owns Brook’s revenue number and the forecast — calls it and delivers it, quarter after quarter.
- Personally drives a focused book of the largest, most strategic health-system and clinic deals — the ones that set the reference and the price.
- Backs the team as executive sponsor on their biggest deals — opening doors, creating urgency, and clearing obstacles — while each Sales Director owns and orchestrates their own opportunities.
- Refines the winning motion in the field — pricing, positioning, proof points — so it gets faster and more repeatable.
Build & Lead the Team
- Leads and levels up the Sales Directors already in seat — and hires to grow the team — holding every Director to quota and to the standard the model sets.
- Coaches Sales Directors to orchestrate their own deals — the right people at the table at the right time, prospect stakeholders paired with the right Brook counterparts at every stage.
- Runs the sales cadence — pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecast calls — that turns activity into predictable revenue.
- Ramps new Sales Directors on the replicable playbook so a new hire is productive in weeks, not quarters.
Sell Across the Market — Small, Mid, and Large
- Owns the motion for each segment — small clinics, mid-size groups, and large health systems — knowing where the cycle, the buyer, and the proof differ.
- Partners with clinical and delivery leadership so what sales promises is what Brook delivers, and reference partners compound.
- Represents Brook credibly across the C-suite and the practices they run — clinical, financial, and technology leaders alike — making the case for continuous care in their own terms.
Run It Like a Business
- Owns the revenue number and the unit economics behind it — acquisition cost, cycle…
