Sales Consultant

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Consult:
Conduct discovery conversations with existing customers and qualified inbound leads to understand business goals, pain points, and technical constraints.

Advise & recommend:
Translate discovery into clear recommendations across domain, hosting, Word Press, security, design, and marketing services – matching product fit to business outcome.

Close with integrity:
Use consultative selling skills to guide customers to the right solution and close deals that genuinely help their business.

Outbound follow-up:
Actively prospect and convert qualified web forms and referrals into conversations and closed revenue.

Experience ownership:
Turn technical troubleshooting and product questions into sales outcomes by solving the immediate need of each customer and presenting recommendations to help them manage and grow their online presence.

Account review:
Complete concise account reviews during interactions to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.

Fulfillment coordination:
Own the customer handoff post-sale for Professional Services (Design and Marketing) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Hit targets:
Consistently meet or exceed sales, conversion, and availability metrics.

Maintain expertise:
Keep current on product features, roadmap, and hosting industry trends so recommendations are timely and credible.

Collaborate:
Work with support, product, and operations teams to resolve issues within scope and escalate appropriately.

Communicate clearly:
Deliver professional and persuasive written and verbal messages to customers and internal stakeholders.

Frequent, concise account reviews that uncover additional revenue opportunities.
