Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll manage a local route, service commercial dishwashing equipment, deliver and restock products, and build relationships with customers.

No commercial dishwasher experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training.

• Manage an assigned local customer route using a company vehicle
• Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make basic repairs
• Build relationships with restaurant and food-service customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and solutions
• Complete your assigned route and prepare your company vehicle for the following day

• $23/hour
  , with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
• Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks

• Company vehicle during business hours
• Company phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
• Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative role, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$75,000

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in route delivery, route sales, pest control, food or beverage distribution, field service, customer service, merchandising, or another fast-paced physical job

We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with customers, and doesn t mind getting their hands dirty.

Mechanical experience is helpful, but not required. We ll train you.
