• Meet sales quotas set by the DGM
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide a high level of communication.
• Set clear team goals, targets and KPI’s
• Conduct weekly Sales meetings
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Forecast and Project sales Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
• Stay current with market Trends

• 3-5 Years Sales Experience with proven industry results in the Fire Protection field.
• Expertise in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Service, Inspection and Suppression.

• Bachelor's Degree or equal industry experience
