COMPENSATION RANGE:
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Craig County Farm Bureau Office located in New Castle, VA

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Prior sales experience (any industry) helpful but not required
