What You'll Do

As a Home Team Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with homeowners and help them find the right pest protection solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Connect with homeowners in your assigned territory
• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach, phone calls, and local marketing efforts
• Educate customers about Home Team's pest control services and pricing
• Build trust and develop long‑term customer relationships
• Present solutions that meet homeowners' needs
• Accurately complete sales documentation and customer information
• Manage your territory and work independently while receiving support from an experienced team

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
