The Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator manages a high volume of incoming calls and texts from hot and warm leads. This role is fast-paced and phone-driven, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and thrives on staying busy and hitting daily targets. You'll be responsible for booking appointments, following up with real leads, and tracking performance throughout the day.

Schedule:
Full time, year round, in the office.
Location:
Bristol, PA 19007, serving customers across Bucks and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and texts from hot and warm leads
- Book appointments and follow up on real leads
- Track your performance through the day against daily targets
- Confident on the phone, all day
- Motivated by targets and ready to earn based on performance
- Accurate with details
- Able to pass a background check and a drug screen
- Call center, appointment setting or inside sales experience
- Home services background
