• Reliable & Mobile: Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Coachability: Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.

• 90-Day Paid Training Program: Learn the roofing and insurance restoration business from the ground up with hands-on coaching.
• Strong Earning Potential: First-year representatives average around $150K
  , with top performers earning $250K+.
