. is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Door Service sales team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales talent, managing pipeline activity, and building strong customer relationships throughout Arizona.

We are looking for a leader who enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals, and is willing to be actively engaged with customers, opportunities, and the day-to-day success of the team. This individual will partner closely with regional leadership to grow market share, improve sales performance, and support strategic customer relationships.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Door Service sales representatives throughout Arizona
• Collaborate with regional leadership to establish sales objectives and execute strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
• Maintain visibility into team pipeline activity, forecasts, opportunities, bid activity, and sales performance metrics
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, customer visits, sales meetings, and coaching sessions to support individual and team development
• Assist sales representatives with large opportunities, complex projects, pricing strategies, and customer presentations
