Vacationeeze is a family-run travel agency with over 35 years of experience turning travel dreams into reality. We are looking for an Independent Travel Advisor with a New England specialty to grow and manage a book of clients planning self-driving itineraries, New England cruises, and land tours across Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up, with the full Vacationeeze infrastructure behind you.

You will work closely with our sister company, Visit New England, to market specific tour packages to an established audience of New England travel enthusiasts.

This is a commission-based, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and determined entirely by the travel you book.

• Generate and manage inbound inquiries for New England travel, including self-driving road trips, coastal and fall foliage itineraries, cruises, and guided land tours
• Build personalized proposals using our supplier database and destination knowledge
• Manage individual bookings and group logistics depending on trip type
• Maintain client relationships before, during, and after travel
• Partner with Visit New England on co-marketed tour packages and seasonal campaigns
• Attend supplier training, webinars, and familiarization trips to build first‑hand knowledge across the region
• Grow your own client base through referrals and social channels

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in travel, hospitality, or a related client‑facing field
• Personal knowledge of New England destinations, including coastal towns, inns, and fall foliage routes
• Extensive personal travel across the New England region

Skills

• Comfort managing multiple client bookings simultaneously with tight attention to detail
• Strong written communication. You will handle client emails and proposals daily
• Self‑starter mentality. You set your own pace and your own income ceiling
• Comfort working across varied trip types, from independent road trips to escorted tours

This role is entirely commission-based. There is a one-time onboarding fee of $500 that covers system access and initial training. Advisors who treat this as their primary business grow the fastest. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
