We are seeking a Territory Manager who willbe responsible for actively driving revenue growth within an assigned territory through both new customer acquisition and the management and expansion of an existing client portfolio.
In this role, you wouldproactively develop andclosenew business while building strong relationships with larger and strategically important clients, protecting recurring revenue, andidentifyingadditionalsales opportunities. Success requires consistent prospecting and pipeline development alongside disciplined account management and client engagement.

The Territory Manager is accountable for three separate revenue objectives:
- New salesto new customers
- One-time revenue sales to existing customers
- Net Revenue Retention within the assigned book of business
Lancaster, PA
In this role you would:- Actively prospect for, develop, and closenew sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build andmaintaina qualifiednew-businesspipeline through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and other business-development activities.
- Manage thenew-sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, quotes, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and develop a strong understanding of their businesses, priorities, challenges, andfuture plans.
- Protect and grow recurring revenue within the assigned book of business.
- Generate client expansion opportunities through account planning, networking, referrals, client visits, and industry involvement.
- Experience in account management, sales, or related client-facing roles.
- Demonstratedinternal drive, competitiveness, and personal ownership of results.
- Strong relationship-building, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience using a CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
