Technical Sales – Baltimore MD & Washington DC Territory

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Territory Sales, our Technical Sales representatives drive business growth by developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and promoting company products and services. This role combines technical product knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and support company sales and profitability goals.

• Sign new customers
• Complete Refrigerant Recoveries and coordinate with Operations on scheduling
• Maintain relationships with current and new customers
• Sales quote preparation
• Invoice preparation
• Documentation maintenance and reporting as required
• Liaison between sales, customers, and operations
• Customer service duties including responding to customer calls/emails
• Fill out and complete forms as required
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
• Perform cross departmental duties and assignments as required
• Meet Sales Growth Requirements

• Community College or equivalent required
• Sales Experience (1 year preferred)
• Industry Experience

• Clean driving record
• Ability to build strong, enduring customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly developed organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
• Proficiency with computers (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.);
  Great Plains Dynamics knowledge an asset

• Combination of on-site and remote
• Full-time
• Standard office hours with flexibility for client scheduling
• Travel within assigned territory required (clean driving record essential)
• Mix of administrative tasks, relationship management, and fieldwork

• Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually
