This is not a retail sales position and it is not a traditional interior-design job.

You will meet with homeowners in their homes, learn how they use their space, identify what is not working, and design a customized solution that improves both the organization and functionality of their home.

• Other custom home-organization solutions

You don't need to be a professional designer to succeed.
We can teach you our design system and CAD software. What we can't teach is drive, work ethic, confidence, and the ability to build trust with a customer.

At Closet Factory, you aren't sitting in a showroom waiting for customers to walk through the door.

We provide pre-qualified appointments

You are responsible for the part that matters most:

You will have the independence to manage your schedule and the opportunity to build your income based on your performance.

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home design consultations
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Measure and evaluate spaces
• Design projects using our CAD/design software
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Present pricing and close sales
• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through installation
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the project
• Develop referral and networking opportunities
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• In-home sales
• Consultative or high-ticket sales
• Interior design
• Space planning
• CAD or design software
• Kitchen and bath design
• Remodeling or residential construction
• Flooring, windows, roofing, or other home-improvement sales
• Luxury retail
• Furniture or home furnishings
