As a Sr. Roofing Specialist
, you’ll have assigned territories, strong operational support, proven systems, marketing support, and uncapped earning potential.

We’ve taken years of high-performing roofing experience and built a company designed to help great salespeople do what they do best:
sell.

• Canvass assigned territories

• Perform roof inspections

• Secure signed contingency agreements

• Meet with insurance adjusters

• Complete project scopes using Hover

• Lead homeowner meetings and get signed contracts

• Submit complete job documentation to our claims team

• Keep customers informed throughout the process

• Collect customer payments

• Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales with at least 2 years experience

• Competitive, self-motivated mindset

• Strong follow-through

• Clear, professional communication

• Ability to work within established systems and processes

• Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle

Sr. Roofing Specialists can realistically earn $150,00- $250,000
.

Compensation includes:

• Guaranteed onboarding pay

• Commission based on revenue, paid weekly as customer payments are collected

• Sales bonuses and incentives
