Location: Northern
KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to join our field team at a community location. No real estate license required, you will meet with prospective buyers, present the benefits of our homes, and close sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
You should be capable of showing models, explaining floor plans, and handling follow-up, with a strong emphasis on networking and data-driven CMA tools to drive sales. Must be flexible with evenings and weekends.
