Thompson Dallas is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive large-group catering revenue through proactive selling, upselling, and detailed event planning. You will coordinate menus, contracts, billing, and on-site execution in partnership with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Operations, and Sales teams.
You will manage client communications from contract turnover to post-event follow-up and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
