Once licensed , the pay range for an entry level Sales Consultant
is $47,840 - $49,920/ yr +
uncapped commission +
performance-based bonuses

Average
first year
earnings
range from$65K-$100K
through a combination of base pay, performance bonuses and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn $110,000+ / year.

• Retainandgrowclientrelationshipsthroughconsultativelifecyclemanagement

Our Ideal Candidate :

• High School Diploma
• The willingness to obtain a P&C license within 45-60 days of hire (we provide the licensing course)
• 1+ year of sales experience
• Strong communication,follow-up,andclose-orientation

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’sDegree
• Call Center experience nice to have
• Fluencyin Spanishiswelcomebutnotnecessary
