Inside Sales Specialists – Part Time

Rate: $25.00/hour commensurate with experience, plus commission
Location: Massena, NY 13662 Onsite Only

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Ombra, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, identifying and engaging new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling in various capacities, including following up on leads, assisting with event participation and setting appointments. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Daily sales training
• Access to all online training and development courses
• Clear career progression to Team Lead, Manager, and up
• Profit Sharing

• Previous experience in outside sales or inside sales (solar, car, door to door, etc.) preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets
• Willingness to be in office during normal business hours and occasional Saturdays as scheduled
• Represent the Ombra Culture consistently and over deliver for client needs and expectations
• The drive to do whatever it takes!!!
• Consistent follow-up with clients using creative outreach methods

• GED or high school diploma preferred

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
