Meet homeowners, inspect the roof and build the estimate that wins the job.
What you’ll do- Meet the homeowner, inspect the roof and document its condition with photos.
- Build and present the written estimate — materials, permits and timeline explained in plain language.
- Follow up until the contract is signed, and stay with the customer through the job.
- Walk customers through financing (PACE, Good Leap) when they need it.
- Proven sales experience — roofing, construction or home improvement preferred.
- English and Spanish.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and your own vehicle.
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking a roof.
- Disciplined follow-up: here, an estimate nobody chases is a lost job.
