As a Penthouse Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating an unparalleled luxury living experience for the discerning residents of our exclusive penthouse collection. Your primary responsibility lies in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere while ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and retention. You will act as a dedicated lifestyle curator, anticipating and fulfilling the unique needs of our esteemed residents, and contributing to the continued success of our high-end community.

• Develop and execute engaging community events and programs tailored to the interests and preferences of our penthouse residents.

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages resident interaction and a sense of belonging.

• Proactively seek feedback from residents to continuously improve service delivery and community offerings.

• Collaborate with the Resident Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

• Build strong relationships with penthouse residents, acting as their trusted point of contact for all their needs.

• Anticipate and proactively address resident concerns and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

• Conduct regular check-ins with residents to gauge their satisfaction and identify any potential issues.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident loyalty and minimize turnover.

• Actively promote the property's luxury amenities and services to prospective residents, highlighting the unique benefits of penthouse living.

• Conduct personalized property tours for prospective penthouse residents, showcasing the exquisite features and lifestyle offerings.

• Collaborate with the Leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and maximize revenue generation.

• Provide personalized concierge services to penthouse residents, including but not limited to:

• Arranging private transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment experiences.

• Coordinating home services such as housekeeping, personal shopping, and pet care.

• Recommending local attractions, cultural events, and hidden gems.

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property's amenities and services, as well as the surrounding neighborhood's offerings.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury lifestyle and hospitality to ensure residents receive the most exclusive and up-to-date recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality, concierge, or customer service role, preferably within a high-end residential or hotel environment.

• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

• Strong knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and luxury service providers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Possess a deep understanding of the discerning tastes and expectations of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and a proven ability to foster a sense of exclusivity and personalized service.

• Eloquence to showcase the unique features and custom amenities of an upscale community, highlighting its exclusivity and personalized services.

• Maintain an impeccable personal presentation and project a polished, professional demeanor that reflects the sophisticated ambiance of the property.

• Demonstrate expertise in concierge services, resident events, and lifestyle programming tailored to the discerning tastes of a luxury clientele.
