, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Relationship Development
- Visit physician offices to introduce imaging services.
- Build relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and clinical staff.
- Support Provider Sales Representatives with territory coverage.
- Assist with new provider onboarding.
- Conduct routine follow-up visits with referral sources.
- Deliver marketing materials and educational resources.
- Respond to physician office questions.
- Resolve routine service concerns.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Serve as a liaison between operations and referring offices.
- Coordinate Lunch & Learns.
- Assist with CME events.
- Support community outreach activities.
- Participate in health fairs.
- Help coordinate physician appreciation events.
- Promote new modalities and services.
- Maintain CRM documentation.
- Update referral databases.
- Track provider interactions.
- Assist with physician satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor referral trends.
- Prepare reports for Territory Managers.
- Complete structured sales training.
- Learn imaging modalities.
- Learn healthcare reimbursement basics.
- Understand referral patterns.
- Shadow Provider Sales Representatives.
- Develop territory management skills.
- Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
- You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
- You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of healthcare, marketing, customer service, or sales experience
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
