Clinical Liaison

Full job description

Overview: The Clinical Liaison builds and maintains relationships with hospitals to drive patient referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a centralized referral process and have key accounts at specific hospitals.

• Manage and grow referral relationships with hospital staff (social workers, nurses, case managers).

• Oversee admissions process and ensure smooth transitions for patients.

• Develop and execute monthly sales strategies with the admissions team.

• Track and report on sales activity, competitive trends, and referral sources.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred).

• Licensed Nurse Preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
