We’re seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Inside Sales to ensure our operations run smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service. This position plays a key role in the success of both our office workflow and product sales process.
Position Summary:As the Office Administrator/Inside Sales
, you will conduct daily administrative/inside sales activities, support company systems and procedures, and work effectively with our Generator Supercenter team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining office efficiency and contributing to a high-performance team culture in a fast-paced service environment.
- Conduct daily administrative/inside sales tasks and workflow to support company goals
- Process customer sales/service records for completion and ensure accuracy
- Follow office policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee manual
- Perform job responsibilities with effective performance, positive attitude, and personal accountability
- Ensure office is clean, operational, and supplies are stocked and organized
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone daily to answer questions, give sale estimates, follow up on sale consultations
- Working closely with sales consultants to continue the sales process and successfully complete the sales process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or a related administrative leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and process customer calls
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Must demonstrate regular and dependable attendance, and be willing to be available during peak seasons
- Prior experience in the home services, construction, or energy sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software
