** Job Description
** This position provides support to the Account Manager(s) to successfully achieve and surpass the sales and profit objectives of the wholesale sales team. This individual will assist the AM during all sales campaigns, and daily tasks to drive the business, and will be a key support contact for accounts. This role requires a self-starter, with strong problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

This is a temporary position toprovide coverage for about 3 months  
***** Sales Support & Customer Service
*** Assist  wholesale clients with inquiries and provide product information.
* Prepare  sales support tools and presentations for market and in-season needs.
* Assist  in maintaining and updating customer database and sales records.
** Order Management & Operations
*** Process  and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Coordinate  with inventory and logistics teams to fulfill orders.
* Manage  order entry, PO tracking, and order book adjustments  (closing/extending/moving orders).
* Monitor  delivery status reports and communicate updates to sales teams.
** Systems & Reporting
*** Maintain  key systems:
NuOrder and Salesforce setup and updates.
* Generate  and distribute reports: open orders, ETA reports, and weekly status  updates.
* Responsible  for account setup and maintenance, RA/Credit processing, and sample order  coordination.
* Support  Wholesale Operations with Adhoc tasks### Profile
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** Previous wholesale experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills required – Excel, Word QRS, Outlook, and Access Orli experience a plus.
* Excellent communication skills needed.
* Individual must be a team player, outgoing, well organized, and able to prioritize assigned tasks.
* Passionate about product and selling.
* Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
* College Degree required.
