App Folio, Inc. is seeking a confident, ambitious Manager of Business Development to lead a fast-paced BDR team in Dallas, TX. You will hire, train, and coach a group of BDRs to build a strong sales pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly targets.
You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, align on campaigns, and ensure disciplined outbound execution while leveraging Salesforce, Sales Loft, Gong, and Zoom. This role requires being in the office up to 5 days per week in Dallas.
