As a Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners to assess roofing needs, provide solutions, and guide them through the sales process. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for results.

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs
• Provide accurate estimates and recommend solutions
• Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Manage the sales process from start to close
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong communication
• Participate in training and continuous development

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable with a competitive mindset
• Passion for helping customers and delivering value
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Driven to succeed in a performance-based environment

• $80,000 – $200,000+ annually
• 100% commission structure
