Build the relationships that get great technology designed in.

Grace Technologies is expanding its presence with electrical equipment manufacturers, and we're looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager – OEM to help lead that growth.

This is a newly created role with meaningful ownership.

You’ll work directly with OEM engineering, product management, safety, operations, sourcing, and executive teams to get Grace solutions designed, specified, and standardized into electrical equipment platforms serving critical industrial markets.

You won't simply inherit a territory and work an established playbook. You'll bring your OEM experience to the table, help shape our strategy, identify where we can win, and build strategic relationships that can develop into long-term, repeatable business.

If you understand how electrical equipment gets designed, qualified, specified, and ultimately put into production, this is an opportunity to have a real influence on how Grace approaches the OEM market.

What You’ll Own

You’ll develop and grow strategic OEM relationships across the U.S., with a focus on manufacturers of:

  • Switchgear and switchboards
  • Motor control centers (MCCs)
  • Power distribution equipment and PDU/RPP systems
  • Generation and packaged power equipment
  • Substation and related electrical equipment

Your objective is bigger than winning individual projects.

You’ll work upstream with engineering and product teams to turn successful applications into design-ins, specifications, approved components, standard BOM positions, and repeatable production programs.

You’ll own a defined group of strategic accounts while working closely with Grace territory sales, distribution partners, product teams, applications resources, and technical leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll build relationships across OEM organizations—from design engineers and product managers to sourcing teams and senior leadership—and understand what drives their equipment and platform decisions.

You will:

  • Develop strategic account plans and identify where Grace technology can add value across OEM equipment platforms.
  • Lead technical and commercial discovery with engineering, product management, electrical design, safety, operations, and sourcing teams.
  • Drive design-in, specification, qualification, and standardization opportunities.
  • Position Grace's electrical safety, energized-diagnostic, monitoring, and condition-based maintenance technologies around measurable customer outcomes.
  • Develop pilots, design validations, proof-of-concept programs, case studies, and customer references that can lead to broader OEM adoption.
  • Protect and grow existing production opportunities while expanding Grace content into additional platforms, product families, and successor designs.
  • Build and manage a healthy long-cycle OEM pipeline with clear account strategies, next steps, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner across Grace's sales organization and distributor network to create end-user pull-through and expand market coverage.
  • Bring your OEM expertise into the business and help us continue developing our OEM vertical strategy and playbook.
You’ll Be Credible With Engineers

This is a strategic sales role, but technical credibility matters.

You should be comfortable sitting across the table from an OEM engineer and discussing equipment architecture, specifications, qualification requirements, BOMs, engineering changes, and the implications of integrating a component into a finished electrical assembly.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years of industrial or technical sales/business development experience
, including meaningful experience with electrical equipment OEMs, panel builders, EPCs, or similar organizations.
  • A Bachelo…
