Your role is essential in driving awareness and helping families make the smart switch to solar.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our unique offerings
- Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual consultations
- Accurately track leads and customer interactions using CRM software
- Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with new people
- Positive mindset and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
