The Sales and Estimating Specialist supports company growth by identifying opportunities, communicating with prospects, visiting sites when needed, and preparing accurate estimates for customers. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for asphalt maintenance and line striping services
• Build relationships with prospects, property owners, and commercial contacts
• Measure and assess surface areas to support accurate estimates
• Prepare clear, professional estimates and communicate scope with customers
• Use mobile and computer tools to organize leads, notes, and pricing information
• Work independently while supporting the company's sales growth goals
• Coordinate with internal team members as projects move from estimate to production

• Prior experience in sales or estimating; construction or asphalt industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to measure, calculate, and assess surface areas using basic math
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile app proficiency

• Experience in pavement, striping, property maintenance, or related field sales
• Ability to build trust quickly with local commercial or property-management prospects
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to estimate accuracy

This is a full-time position serving Millville, NJ and nearby South Jersey markets, with work performed in active field and customer-facing environments depending on role. Candidates should be comfortable with local travel, changing conditions, and consistent, safety-focused performance.
