Account Executive, Commerce Media

Pub Matic is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Commerce Media to drive growth across our commerce and retail media business. This role is focused on selling audience and media solutions to commerce media networks and retail media networks . The ideal candidate brings an existing network of agency and brand relationships, understands how commerce media is bought and sold, and can independently own revenue generation from prospecting through close.

• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Drive revenue with commerce media and retail media networks.
• Build and expand relationships with commerce media networks.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ad Solutions, and Leadership to deliver client value.
• Represent Pub Matic as a trusted commerce media partner in client meetings, QBRs, and industry conversations.

• 5+ years of experience indigital media, commerce media, or retail media sales.
• Proven success in Adtech or enterprise sales.
• Experience owning client relationships (not solely operating in an overlay or support role).
• Strong understanding of Retail Media and Shopper marketing.
• Confident communicator with a consultative selling approach.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skill s and abilities. In addition to salary Pub Matic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
