Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
- 3-5 years of experience in biotech/specialty sales involving high-cost products
- Extensive knowledge and sales experience within hospitals and academic institutions with KOLs and C‑Suite highly desired
- Prior work with orphan/rare-disease products highly desired
- Experience with “the find” for patients and “hunter mentality” highly desired
- Experience in new product launches highly desired
- Good organizational, analytical, problem solving, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a multi-state territory with diverse customer base
- Ability to communicate with customers through internet-based meeting platforms
- Ability to comply with all company policies
- Overnight travel required, ranging from 50–75% depending on geography and business needs
Demonstrates expertise in maximizing sales of pharmaceutical products, particularly in the biotech and healthcare sectors, while effectively managing relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Proficient in business planning, patient identification, and compliance with company policies.
